Now Hiring - Property Manager in Johnston, IA

We are seeking a Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will manage and oversee our apartment community Operations, Maintenance and Leasing activities for two locations within the Des Moines metro area.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead all staff, including maintenance, leasing, and vendors
• Attract and educate new tenants
• Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Supervise and train property staff
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Strong computer capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have great leadership skills and ability to work effectively with all types of personalities
• Must be willing to be hands-on and do what is necessary to meet goals and objectives.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
