Position Summary: This position works as an extension to the Marketing Department. This position is responsible for delivering effective, on-brand messaging to encourage conversion. This position will work with all teams through integrated marketing campaigns and strategies across multimedia channels to tell the story of the brand for internal associates, professional relationships, clients, and families by sharing print or digitally interactive brochures and flyers, email campaigns, and social media platforms through the use of photo, video and content marketing. The purpose is to increase brand awareness, encourage the customer journey, enhance the customer experience and engage our target audience to convert, increasing leads and inspiring loyalty.
Essential Functions:
· 15 new leads per month
· Identify clients that are eligible for home care.
· Participate in community events as necessary.
· Obtain potential client referral information.
· Develop professional relationships with established community organizations.
· Serve as a brand ambassador and steward to ensure consistency of the company's brand, identity and through various forms of communication.
· Educate potential referral sources about home care and the specific assets of RHHC in choosing an agency.
· Help create and distribute marketing material including fliers, brochures, social content and promotional items.
· Share educational content and information with the community about the brand, local events and activities through a multi-media approach, including various social media channels and other media options as needed.
· Collaborate in the development of branding, digital strategy and 360 campaigns.
Non-Essential Functions:
· Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
· Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
· Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward clients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
· Adheres to all policies and procedures of Renaissance Home Health Care Agency.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) recommended, 1-2 years field experience of marketing.
Skills: Sales, Costumer Service, Hospitality, Field Recruitment, Home Care experience.
Driver License: a plus
