About us
We are looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator to provide outstanding service to our customers and potential customers. You will be required to ask questions, answer questions, to ensure effective resolution with a goal of setting an appointment. The Sales Appointment Coordinator may handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and emails and should seek to create a positive experience to each customer.
To be a successful Sales Appointment Coordinator, you should be customer-focused, detail oriented, efficient and results driven. You will also need to be polite, reliable, knowledgeable and adaptable.
Responsibilities Include:
- Respond and answer calls, emails, chats and internet leads to determine clients’ needs thru basic, probing questions.
- Schedule appointments with our experienced Sales Professionals for vehicles that may suit the clients’ needs.
- Engage in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information.
- Transferring and escalating calls to the appropriate person or department if/when needed.
- Building lasting relationships with customers and other team members based on trust and reliability.
- Using software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately and accurately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of products, promotions, procedures with our vehicle, our company and your position.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Exceptional telephone manner, customer service skills, active listening skills, verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, MS Office suites and strong typing skills.
- Ability to ask prying questions to maximize opportunities from lead sources.
- Strong time management and decision making skills.
- Understanding of company products, services and policies.
- Adaptability and accountability.
- Successful completion of provided training.
- Highly motivated and self-sufficient.
- Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods.

- Starting pay $35,000/year + incentives after 90 days (negotiable based on experience)
