Telecommunications Sales Advocate Specialist in Miramar, FL
The Sales Advocate Specialist maintains and nurtures relationships with strategically important large clients, continuously improving overall satisfaction. Become the client’s advocate and represents the client’s interests within CES, interacting with all the necessary areas, including Legal, Pre-Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Care, Finance, etc., to accomplish client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Works in tandem with the Account Executive (AE) assigned to the account with an emphasis in the pre-sales L2Q (Lead-to-Quote).
- Serves as backup to cover all the functions of the AE whenever the AE is unavailable (e.g., business trips, PTO, sick time, etc.).
- Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.
- Owns the MACDs (Move/Add/Change/Disconnect) process for existing services, interacting directly with the client.
- Process on its own all the small sales, including upgrades and downgrades to existing services and new services as defined by the Company’s current policy.
- Assists and follows up to ensure timely delivery of all the quotes requested by the client, including direct coordination with CES’s pre-sales and finance and other account executives/pre-sales engineers through the LATAM region.
- Executes all the processes and subprocesses needed to process MACDs that are defined as a direct responsibility of the Commercial Area.
- Coordinates the timely compliance with all the client requirements and procedures to complete a closed deal, including registering CES as a provider for the client, obtaining a Purchase Order (PO) to associate with service billing, etc.
- Directly interacts with the client and CES’s Legal department to help with all the external paperwork and administrative tasks needed to close a deal, including follow-ups on NDA, MSA (Master Service Agreements), contracts, addendums, schedules, etc.
- Coordinates with Sales Operations to ensure that a closed deal becomes a processed order in the shortest possible time.
- Interacts and keeps updated with the Company's systems, including Salesforce.
- Escalates any situation as needed to the appropriate levels to resolve any outstanding client issues as expeditiously as possible.
- Client-driven.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen; previous experience in sales positions is a must.
- Previous experience in Customer Care is a must.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Tableau is a plus.

- Ability to quickly learn and follow new procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Crisis management skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
3+ years in a junior Sales position and/or 3+ years in a Customer Care position. Having prior experience in sales and Customer Care positions is a big plus.
Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Spanish, including writing and proofreading. Ability to communicate information effectively and persuasively. Ability to read and interpret documents.
