RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION

As a member of our retail sales team, you'll be on the forefront of creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Your time will be spent assisting customers, learning about our products, and supporting the leadership team to ensure our stores run smoothly.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Familiar and comfortable using computers and spreadsheets; proficient in typing, spelling, writing, and calculating.

RETAIL SKILLS

Understands the importance of customer service, ready to become proficient in our point of sale system, and willing to learn our systems and processes of inventory operations.

SALES & MARKETING SKILLS

It's beneficial, but not required to have experience in any of the following areas: visual merchandising, marketing, social media platforms, event planning, eCommerce, and inventory operations.

SCHEDULE / EXPECTED HOURS

We are looking for part or full-time retail sales team members to work 20-40 hours per week. Our retail sales team hours are Monday – Saturday 9AM – 5:15PM.

COMPENSATION & BONUSES

• Part-Time Retail Sales Associates will earn $13-$15/hour
• Full-Time Retail Sales Associates will earn $16-$18/hour
• Bonus opportunities are offered based on sales goal achievements
