Our salespeople known as “Publishers” do more than sell advertising. They create a sense of community among the neighborhood residents and build lasting relationships with our local advertisers.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to take over an established neighborhood magazine for affluent residents in Sebastian Florida to sell community sponsorship ads bundled with digital tools such as Facebook, Instagram and Google display to name a few. You must be local and reside in or near Sebastian / Indian River County.

The publisher’s primary responsibility is the financial health of their magazine. We do this by presenting sponsorship opportunities to local businesses in and around the market. We will train new publishers on the fundamentals involved in running the publication.

We prefer someone with a background in sales, marketing or business ownership. However, no previous experience is required. We will fully train the right candidate with most of the following qualities -- outgoing, well groomed, confident, enthusiastic, empathetic, resilient, honest and passionate.

This position pays residual commission with no caps, so you have the opportunity to build a strong and healthy income. There is also up to $6,000 fast start bonuses. This position is work-from-home so you have complete control over your schedule.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
