Full description of the position
We offer tremendous growth and income opportunity for results oriented associates.
We have an immediate opening for an Outside Sales Representative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business, maintain existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth within assigned territory of residential and commercial accounts
- Research customer’s security needs to develop a strategy to sell products and services while allowing for a maximum profit and sell via a “value proposition” rather than exclusively on price
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer to ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services
- Work with the Director of Sales and other Lowitt personnel to ensure great customer service from the initial consultation through system installation and beyond
- Continually enhance selling skills and product knowledge
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, appointments, closed sales and follow-up activity within assigned territory through the use of a Sales Reporting tool

Desired Skills, Expertise and Qualifications:
- Prior sales or marketing experience
- Excellence in developing strong customer relationships and loyalty
- Confident and motivated self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Candidates should have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s Degree
