General Summary:

This position is responsible for developing and implementing key strategies within their market segments that will optimize business opportunities for the hotel.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Executes group requirements and assignments based on group sales contracts.
• Maximizes hotel revenue by seeking out, identifying and fully qualifying catering business.
• Develop catering sales action plan and strategy in order to meet or exceed catering food and beverage revenue goal as well as corresponding room night goal.
• Effectively analyzes the strength and weaknesses of all hotels in the competitive set and develops marketing strategies to counteract their success.
• Emphasis on new account development in social catering market, site inspections and outside sales calls.

• Partner with Director of Sales to share business opportunities and expand existing or potential customer relationships.
