Esporta - Is looking for high level talent in Collierville area. We currently have over 200 + nationwide. We are constantly looking to upgrade and scout the top talent in the fitness Industry.

Currently, we are looking to acquire candidates who we can quickly grow into our Fitness/Personal Training Manager role. You must be willing to have a student mentality, and ready to roll the sleeves up to show what you can do.

A Qualified Candidate will have

• Experience with multi-unit management in the fitness or similar industry
• Strong sales training skills
• Personal Training experience (or related fitness experience)
• Strong Product Knowledge of Cardiovascular, Strength Training, and Mobility
• High level Leadership capabilities
• High level Management and Organizational skills
• Ability to Market, Sell at the retail level (no armchair managers welcome)
• Strong competency in recruiting and hiring staff.
• Willingness to start at the Assistant level for a short period of time to prove yourself before we ask you to develop other future managers

At the retail level, our top managers make well above the $100,000 range through a mixture of base, commission, and bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
