Full Time Assistant Property Manager needed for a well managed and highly maintained mobile home community in Ventura, CA and upscale apartment communities in Camarillo, CA.

The schedule for this position is 8am-5pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday in Ventura and Monday and Tuesday in Camarillo.

Candidate must possess great communication skills, be well organized with an upbeat, friendly personality. Daily duties include rent correspondence, processing payments with accounting software, managing resident concerns, maintaining grounds, rules enforcement and other administrative functions.

Onsite housing is not offered or provided.

Knowledge of Yardi, mobile home park management, Word and Excel a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
