Full description of the position

We are an LA District Office at Farmers Insurance, and we are looking for a District Life Consultant. In this position, you will work with our 40+ Agents to help them and their Staff increase Life Insurance prospecting and sales. You will assist them with running prospect reports, building individual Life case plans & presentations, overcoming objections, product training, and Life case tracking & follow-up.

Position requirements include:

-- An active CA Accident, Life & Health license

-- Prior Life Insurance sales and/or training experience

-- Excellent written and verbal skills

-- Ability to actively listen

Compensation will include a competitive base salary that is commensurate with a candidate’s experience and skills, as well as performance and Team bonuses. Personal Development funds are also available annually to help foster individual growth and development.

This will be a hybrid position, which will entail working remotely and in-person with Agents and the District Team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Analysis skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Accident & Health Insurance License (Required)
