Nassau Candy's promotional products arm, Chocolate Inn / Lanco, is currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist for its growing custom business in Hicksville and Ronkonkoma!
The Sales Support / eCommerce Specialist role involves sales support, operations, and administrative responsibilities. The individual in this critical role will work closely with the President of Chocolate Inn and the Customer Service Manager and will also be supporting internal / external sales reps, managing new customer accounts, and supporting our division trade show needs.
Will be responsible for deep knowledge of our product lines and have the ability to work with customers to make recommendations in order to enhance their online presence.
This position requires working on-site between both our Hicksville and Ronkonkoma locations. Must be driven and focused, to enhance key accounts, sales processes, and drive revenue growth, while working closely with other departments (Operations Team, Sales Team, and Graphic Art Team).

The ideal individual will enjoy working on a variety of tasks and projects centered around eCommerce,sales, operations, and administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to:

- Remaining knowledgeable about promotional product lines, and honing in on analytical skills to prove product success rates
- Diligently following purchase orders through to completion andworking with appropriate parties to quickly resolve issues that delay timely processing
- Answering incoming calls in support of sales team and customers
- Communicating effectively with the Customer Service Manager to evaluate unique operational challenges
The ideal candidate will exemplify:
- Proficiency in use of computers and software and a love of spreadsheets!
- Data analysis skills, with the ability to produce accurate daily reports as needed
- Proven ability to learn a new operating system, and improve an
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with maximum efficiency, without sacrificing accuracy
- Prior administrative / sales support experience in an office setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and pleasant phone manner to service incoming and outgoing calls
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Schedule:
- M – F: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Location:
- Hicksville, Ronkonkoma - a set schedule will be discussed
- This is NOT a remote position
