Full description of the position

NuDerma MedSpa and Wellness Center in Pewaukee, WI is looking for an experienced MedSpa Sales Consultant/Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and hard-working. Must be energetic and motivated with a positive attitude.

Associates at NuDerma MedSpa and Wellness Center will work directly with patients to educate them about available services and treatments. Our mission is to create a customized treatment plan tailored to each patient while maintaining a high level of patient care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Mastering our sales, service, and operational processes
  • Building relationships with clients over the telephone and through web communications.
  • Scheduling and confirming consultation appointments.
  • Articulating treatment protocols, benefits, features, and limitations to clients.
  • Making clients and their needs a primary focus of one’s actions
  • Interacting with others in a way that gives them confidence in one’s intentions and those of the organization. Always acting with integrity.
  • Training, coaching, and developing all team members to meet sales performance goals
  • Performing Sales Consultations
  • Managing a schedule based on business needs
  • Creating volume driving initiatives
  • Hit sales targets by motivating the team with positive reinforcement & leading by example
  • Administrative duties including but not limited to, scheduling, answering phones, auditing contracts and charts, etc
  • Handling guest escalations and forming creative and positive solutions

Requirements ----The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of competence in:

  • Consultative Sales and Customer Service experience minimum 3 years (Beauty, retail, spa or medical office industry preferred)
  • Overcoming objectives with creative, smart solutions
  • Succeeding within a numbers and goal driven environment
  • Candidate must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills
  • Proven success in a full commission and/or quota driven environment
  • Strong communication, high ttention to detail and rapport building skills
  • Self-motivation, drive, initiative, and outgoing and confident sales approach
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships
  • High energy, positive and professional attitude
  • Taking initiative and finding solutions for all Guests
  • Computer skills including excel, word, and complex computer software

Education/Training: High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
