Busy Ford dealership looking for an experienced Wholesale Ford Parts Counterperson to work in a fast paced environment.

The Parts Counterperson should possess extensive knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories and can accurately answer questions and satisfy customer inquiries. Candidates must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong customer service and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ford Motor Company experience preferred and need only apply. Bilingual a plus but not required.

Essential Responsibilities:

Selling Ford Parts in a retail and wholesale environment to customers in person, over the phone and through e-commerce platforms.

Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.

Maintain a superior level of customer service.

Other duties as directed by management

Qualifications:

Individual with Ford Parts experience required.

One to two years of prior Automotive Dealer Parts department experience in a retail or wholesale environment is strongly recommended.

Reynolds & Reynolds computerized dealer management system strongly recommended.

Electronic Parts catalog experience with Ford ECAT, Snap-On or Microcat Live.

E-commerce order processing experience with OEC Collision link and Repairlink strongly recommended.

E-commerce order processing experience with CCC, Parts Trader and OPS Trax a plus.

Must be a customer-oriented, self-motivated team player.

Bilingual individuals a plus.

Must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and Saturdays as part of a flex schedule.
