Pettinaro Residential is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly organized candidates to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. Qualified candidates must have exceptional people and sales skills. This position is full time with weekends required.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of apartment industry experience preferred.
• Candidate should be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to interface with the public and have good conflict resolution skills desired.
