Responsibilities of the Customer Service | Business Development Coordinator

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss current service promotions.

· Create excitement and set appointments for customers to visit our dealership.

· Respond to inbound phone calls and internet inquiries to develop customer trust and generate customer visits to our dealership .

· Fully explains Toyota vehicle service needs.

· Perform all other Business Development selling duties as assigned.

Requirements of the Customer Service Business Development Coordinator

· Entry level selling over the phone.

· Telemarketing experience a plus

· Bi lingual a plus

· Good communication skills

· Willing to participate in skills and product training

· Proficient with computers, emails, and the web

· Valid Driver's License
