Our Key Holder will provide personalized, fun, compassionate, and helpful customer service to our guests. This individual must excel in a fast paced work environment, have a passion for fashion, genuine selling, love customer service, be open to learning about new products, and find fulfillment in independent styling.
Responsibilities:

• Open and close store according to scheduled hours
• Provide superior customer service.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
• Proactively interact with customers to create a warm, friendly shopping environment.
• Work with customers to find sizes, try on items, and suggest add-ons.
• Help with personal styling appointments as needed.

· Maintain knowledge of all products available in the store and know the store layout. Manage inventory by ordering new supplies as needed and maintaining order in the stock room. Once shipments come in, leader must place merchandise on the sales floor and also stage store sales displays.

· Good verbal communication skills are a must-have. You’ll speak with staff members, customers, and store managers on a daily basis.

· Excellent attention to detail is essential you must maintain store appearance, and merchandise product.
