Full description of the position

Summary:
Increase market share by developing new business by promoting, selling and servicing customers. Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales objectives while providing patients and healthcare professionals with the highest level of service possible.

Responsibilities:
  • Develops a pipeline by creating demand and identifying physician champions
  • Conducts virtual and in-person demonstrations of software platform
  • Oversees proposal process from submission to full execution
  • Key point of contact during and after the new customer onboarding process
  • Conducts business reviews with customers on an ongoing basis
  • Provides technical and educational expertise
  • Maintains appropriate documentation
  • Utilizes and maintains internal software
  • Partners with other employees to appropriately understand market and customer dynamics
  • Overall understanding of competitive landscape
  • Current with all new CRM products
  • Completes all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ability to maintain necessary credentials

Education and Preferred Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least three years of work experience in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales
  • Certified Cardiac Device Specialist (CCDS) per the International Board of Heart Rhythm Examiners (IBHRE)
  • Extensive understanding of medical terminology and medical device industry
  • Outstanding work ethic and customer service skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and other basic computer applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
