Neuropathy Case Manager

If you love to help people AND have a knack for sales, this is the perfect place for you.

We're seeking someone with a big heart and some experience in Medical sales to work with our Neuropathy patients from the Lead status through their New Patient experience until they transition to maintenance.

You will set up and attend dinner seminars with the doctor, introduce the speaker, book patients according to our method and collect payments.

You will follow-up via phone, text or email with attendees from the dinner seminars and walk them through our process to becoming a patient.

You will contact leads obtained from additional sources and assist with scheduling their appointment, trouble-shooting their objections and barriers to attending appointments.

You will assist the patient with obtaining financing if needed to pay for their care.

You will teach patients how to use their home therapy equipment, answer all their questions and coach them with regards to their nutrition plan.

You will train to eventually work one on one with new and established patients under the supervision of a doctor. You will listen to patients with a desire to understand their perspective and assess their needs in order to recommend the best treatment options, fully explain them, and ultimately sell them to the patients.

Compensation will include base salary with commission structures.
