The Big Red Team is in search of an experienced Outbound Sales Professional. The ideal candidate is committed to building relationships with our customers while driving value to set appointments. An Outbound Sales Professional can think quickly on their feet, resolving any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. They’re assertive, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They are naturally curious about people and are exceptional listeners. Our Sales Professionals can connect with customers on their level and help guide them through the first steps of the real estate process, as well as understanding the importance of follow up with each lead.

Responsibilities:
Managing, Developing and maintaining rapport with new clients for the ultimate goal of having them buy, sell or invest in real estate.
Handle large amounts of outbound calls
Identify and assess clients’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Keep records of client interactions, process client accounts and record data
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Creating an ambiance that facilitates a relationship with the team.
Educating and promoting The Big Red Team to all clients through unique customer service techniques.
Act as a liaison to our Real Estate Agents, keeping them informed on future clients and their needs.

Job Type: Full-time or Part Time
Experience:
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Customer Relationship Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Real Estate: license required-We will reimburse for all license requirements and fees
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Client orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,032.00 - $72,517.00 per year
