We're looking for an energetic, experienced Commercial Auto Insurance Account Manager to join our family and service our customers.

Western Truck Insurance Services, Inc is a data-driven, customer-centric, family run company. We're a group of insurance trucking professionals looking to help our customers limit their trucking risks. By providing "Travel with Care" attention to each client, we help everyone drive safer.

As a successful account manager at Western Truck, you will be need to be an outside the box thinker, independent and organized. You will work with other employees both in-office and other locations to provide insurance documentation, answer questions and help problem solve. You will be expected to improve customer satisfaction and boost our reputation in the insurance marketplace.

The job comes with a starting salary range of $50,000 - $80,000, based on experience and knowledge of our programs and industry, along with various perks like health insurance, parental leave, an employee wellness program and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Issue certificates of insurance
• Request changes to policies
• Issue other insurance documentation (auto id cards, obtain filings, etc..)
• Answer emails and phone calls in a timely manner
• Assist agents with increasing coverages and quotes on current accounts
• Following up on documentation from both the insured and insurance companies

Qualifications:

• Active CA P&C License
• Minimum 3 years in the commercial auto insurance industry
• Thorough understanding of commercial auto insurance coverages
• Superior email and phone communication skills
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Applied TAM
• Bilingual ( English/ Spanish)

Hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and the office is located near LAX.
