Dey Distributing is an established and successful appliance parts and HVAC product distributor seeking a reliable, friendly HVAC sales representative. This person would be responsible for selling HVAC equipment, parts and accessories as well as other dealer support tasks. To perform this job you must be comfortable with computers, answering phones, have great customer service skills and work well with others. If you believe you have what it takes, we would be interested in making you part of our team.

Responsibilities:

• Work with a group of people on a daily basis.
• Provide information to customers about the company's products and services.
• Handle customers' questions and complaints.
• Keep up to date on technology so that you can lead others in your department.
• Work closely with a team of people to meet deadlines.
• Manage customer information using a computer database system.
• Use a variety of computer programs to do your job.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints by phone, e-mail, or fax.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
