Forum Health is a nationwide network of medical providers and offices specializing in precision integrative and functional medical services. We are looking to hire on a Sales Representative to help support our ever-growing patient base.

This is an opportunity to join a newer division of an established company. As a sales person within the company you’ll have plenty of upside potential both in personal growth as well as compensation. As the Sales Associate – Patient Liaison you will have direct contact with current and potential patients. You will be asked to learn about current therapies and services offered in our medical practices. This is a salaried position with uncapped commission and full benefits. A background in medical sales or health coaching is desired but not required

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand therapies and services offered at Forum Health medical practices
• Speak directly to prospective patients to educate them on available services and get scheduled for appointments
• Upsell cash based services
• M-F at the office in Lisle, IL office with some remote flexibility upon
• Base pay is $50,000-$55,000 with uncapped commission - $70,000 - $80,000 predicted 1st year total compensation

• Lisle, IL 60532: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
