We are seeking a motivated Vice President of Marketing to join our Gradient Securities team. Gradient Securities, LLC, is a FINRA registered broker/dealer doing business as Gradient Wealth Management, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm.

Now, you’re probably wondering a little more about what we are looking for, so here it is:

• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• Series 7 – Required
• Series 66 – Required
• 3+ years of sales, financial services, phone experience - Required

Want some more specifics? Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Provide day-to-day management of assigned IARs
• Manages Registered Reps (RR) and IARs
• Coach other POD members to increase production
• Meet monthly new writer requirements set forth by management
• Sales system demos
• Refer FSP’s to other entities within the Gradient umbrella of companies
• Register FSP’s for training events as determined by Pod.
• Coaching other POD members
• Establish and implement call rotation
• Carrier Training
• New employee training
• All other duties as assigned
