Albany Management is seeking an experienced Residential Leasing Manager for one of our Capital Region apartment communities.

This is a professional work environment in a continuously growing organization!

Responsibilities include:

• Renting apartments
• Resident retention, service/satisfaction
• Filing, organization and office administration

Requirements:

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Knowledge of Appfolio is a plus!
• Must enjoy working with others
• Team oriented
• Have exceptional phone skills
• Customer focused
• Attention to details and dependability are a must!

Education/Experience requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years customer service/sales experience, residential leasing experience preferred.

The full time hours are 9:00a.m. – 5:30p.m. with occasional overtime.
