Full description of the position
Systems Innovation specializes in the permanent installation of world-class AV systems. Our markets include Higher Education Facilities, Religious Institutions, Government, Corporate Boardrooms & Event Spaces, and Experiential and Immersive Environments that include the use of Premium Audio, LED Display Environments, Projection, Theatrical Lighting, and Intelligent Programmed/Automated Control.

As the Director of Sales you will be responsible for managing the strategic vision and operating direction of the Systems Integration Division.
A typical day may include, but is not limited to:
- Identify and direct resources to improve division performance and find solutions to challenges in division.
- Manage direction and performance of Sales Management.
- Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the company with the development of long range and annual plans in conjunction with the evaluation and reporting of progress on those goals and plans.
- Review profit goals and ensure competitive and strategic pricing for Equipment, Services and Projects.
- Ensure clients receive the proper communications in a timely manner and service accounts to deliver a successful project.
To be a successful Director of Sales, you must meet the qualifications:
