What You’ll Do!

As a Product Sales Specialist, you will provide pre- and post-sales support for the full Single Use Technology portfolio. You’ll serve as the clinical/technical expert to develop relationships with departmental and technical decision makers and partner with Account Managers and other Sales Specialists to gain access to C-Suite decision makers and initiate development of new business opportunities.

• Achieve orders and sales targets for Single Use Technology portfolio in your assigned territory
• Forecast orders and sales within applicable sales funnel, tools, and reports.
• Identify, design, and execute strategy for each key customer.
• Assist Account Managers throughout the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, installations, and product trainings
• Support customer projects with application knowledge and product information, answering product inquiries and giving end-to-end solution presentations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and seminars at trade shows and professional conferences.
• Use market and product knowledge to assistant sales teams in developing sales, marking and customer account sales strategies.
• Track and communicate industry trends, competitive actions to provide expertise and advice to drive innovative product development.

Who You Are!

• Earned a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, or related discipline.
• 4 plus years’ experience in developing, specifying, or supporting manufacturing operations in the pharmaceutical industry and/or bioprocess sales, field applications, or technical support of bioprocessing consumables, hardware, and software or related experience.
• Deep understanding of the Biopharma/Biotech industry, Upstream, and Filtration unit operations.
• Knowledgeable of cGMP, validation, and regulated environments for bioprocessing.
• Excellent communicator who can present complex material in simple terms.
• Collaborative team member with a customer focus.
• Problem-solver with the ability to communicate effectively, resolve issues and propose solutions.
• Highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities at once.
• Willing to travel throughout specified geographic region and globally to participate in trainings, meetings, and key projects.
