What’s The Role About:
The Sales Analyst will be a part of the centralized Analytics team and responsible for supporting Wholesale and Ecommerce teams with implementing analytics and reporting, administering Salesforce and Shopify, and supporting strategic sales initiatives. This role will work with the Director of Analytics and Sales Operations team to understand sales priorities and analytics needs and serve as the point of contact for sales-related system updates and deployments.
Some Things You Will Be Responsible For
- Create and own dashboards and reports that synthesize raw data into digestible and actionable information
- Gather specifications for report requirements, providing consultation on report design, data quality, and feasibility
- Interpret data, analyze results using multiple data sources and provide insights and recommendations that the business can action to reduce any risk or maximize returns
- Function as the system administrator for Shopify, Salesforce, and sales-related IT applications
- Maintain data model and data integrity for sales-related systems, implementing safeguards and validation rules when possible
- Manage development, staging, and production environments for sales-related systems
- Analyze data and processes to understand user needs and business objectives; transform that knowledge into enhancements and new features in sales-related systems
- Support forecasting, inventory optimization, and customer satisfaction strategic initiatives through building models and reports
- Assist in implementation of ERP through developing reporting and confirming business requirements for sales team are met
Some Qualifications and Skills We Need You to Have:
- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences/Engineering or associated discipline or the equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a Sales Analyst or System Admin role
- Experience using Shopify, Salesforce, Acumatica ERP, and working with integration preferred
- Expert in Excel and Power BI (or similar data visualization tool) required
- Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
- Detail orientation and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Outstanding organizational skills. Ability to structure work-plans and prioritize activities on multiple simultaneous projects
- Orientation toward action and taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm
- Capable performing in a fast paced, cross-functional team environment
