Work with our HOAs on all issues related to effective HOA operations. Including but not limited to:

START AT $52,000 WITH THE EXPECTATION THAT YOU WILL TRAIN INTO BECOMING A FULL HOA PROPERTY MANAGER MAKING $62,640 WITHIN SIX-EIGHT MONTHS.

UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE OWNER THE KEY JOB PRIORITY WILL BE MANAGING A BOOK OF PROPERTIES (HOAs and PRIVATE CLIENTS), HELPING TO ONBOARD NEW CLIENTS AND TRANSITION CURRENT CLIENTS TO A NEW HOA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. ALSO:

1. Answering and following up on all phone and email inquiries from board memebers and owners
2. Coordinating vendors and Blooming employees to ENSURE work is completed in a TIMELY FASHION
3. FOLLOWING-UP on those items from meeting minutes that require action
4. Working with accounting on accurate billing and invoicing

Must be able to manage expectations of owners, and coworkers, be able to write, think, do basic math, and work in a team environment. Most importantly must be able to prioritize tasks where follow-up and follow-through IS A MUST. Must be self-motivated and able to take direction. Must be able to think on your feet and have an aggressive mindset of meeting customer needs yet also be able to ensure that owners are working within a defined set of rules and be able to gently yet firmly communicate as such when they are not.

Pay: $52,200.00 - $62,640.00 per year
