Are you a motivated self-starter, eager to learn, grow, and advance your career in domestic freight? My client, a top domestic US freight forwarder, is seeking an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to join their rapidly expanding organization. The company is seeking an individual with at least 1-3 years experience in Domestic Freight Brokerage, in return there will be opportunity to develop your skillset and take your career to the next level!

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, establish and maintain relationships with carriers in the truckload marketplace
• Manage carrier network to ensure accurate levels of service
• Utilize data driven resources to make informed buying decisions
• Operate within our proprietary software systems
• Prospect carriers through leads listed within our CRM or generate your own leads through individual research.
• Build strong internal relationships with our Business Development team.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits
