Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary: As Account Manager, primary goal is to generate new business and service current customers in the Kentuckiana area. The focus should be on customer service and working with customers to solve any problems that arise. Completing sales and ensuring that billing receives proper information to bill for services.

Supervisory responsibilities: None

Duties and Responsibilities:

Include but are not limited to:

• Reach out to new leads.
• Create and build relationships with new and current customers.
• Sell monthly services.
• Oversee the installations for customers.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Works with billing department to get accurate price, type and quantity of equipment and ensure its properly invoiced.
• Customer service for customer issues and problems with equipment
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with other departments in time sensitive situations.
• Exceptional organization in scheduling appointments and arranging installations.
• Strong knowledge of products and services.
• Strong knowledge of pricing.
• Time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
