Sales and Marketing Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for helping to drive occupancy and top line revenue for ASPIRE LIFESTYLE LIVING by maintaining or exceeding occupancy revenue targets.
Essential Job Functions
- Efficiently utilizes marketing & sales tools, Customer Relationship Management (CMR) Software, etc., to perform job duties, track information, compile data and reports, and achieve community occupancy goals.
- Assist in Overseeing the marketing efforts, direct sales, lead generation and the overall sales performance of the Marketing team.
- Helps to close sales by assisting prospective residents, their family members, and/or advisors in the decision-making process. ALWAYS Being Honest, Transparent, Kind and Helpful.
- Assists prospects by understanding their needs and educating them about how our excellent services and programs can meet or exceed their needs.
- Partner with Marketing Director, Management and team to develop and execute marketing plans and goals.
- Research and provides recommendations for content of the website, blog and delivery of marketing and sales materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, press releases, etc.).
- Helps creates and lead various marketing events that promote our community and services.
- Helps to set goals for referral programs and performs outside Business Development efforts.
- Maintains a strong knowledge of competitors, services provided, rates and an updated competitive analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Marketing; prefer Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or proven track sales record; helping with senior living).
- Positive Attitude, Enjoys life and people. Being Honest, Transparent and Kind ALWAYS
- Prefer previous sales and external marketing experience, preferably in Senior Living Communities, Retirement Industry, Medical Sales with a track record of closing a high percentage of qualified leads.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Ability to maintain a positive and patient demeanor with families and prospective residents.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays, when needed, sharing the Duty Manager responsibilities, if needed.
- Valid Driver’s License, and a personal vehicle for local travel to promote Aspire Lifestyle Living.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to reach, bend, twist, squat, kneel, push and pull, lift/carry up to 20 pounds.
- Meet all health requirements including negative TB test.
- Must pass background check and random drug tests.
- Salary Range Information: $32,000.00 - $40,000.00 / year depending on experience and track record + Bonuses (up to 20%) & Benefit packages, including Health Care available (50% paid) + others
