Physicians Mutual is hiring a Lead for our Agency Phone Sales department to help provide guidance, training and advice to Medicare Supplement Agents regarding products and procedures.

What you get do in this role:

• Provide coaching and motivation to help improve agent performance and help build customer relationships
• Monitor quality of work and call volumes
• Creates various training materials and lead training on specific policies and procedures
• Represent the company by portraying a positive image while servicing difficult calls from agents
• Oversee employees in the absence of department management
• Work with compliance to ensure training materials meet regulations
• Lead others with integrity and help promote a positive mindset

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma required
• Must possess a valid Health license. Life and Property and Casualty licenses are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of sales and service experience as a Med Supp Licensed Agent or Telesales Licensed Agent is required
• Excellent leadership skills to lead with integrity
• Dependable, reliable, and self-motivated to learn
• Proficient in the use of telephone equipment, MS Office, SSP, CUIC, Tableau
• Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal skills
• The initiative and ability to work independently on multiple tasks
