You will work in a fast paced environment with many new prospective clients that seek to have projects completed by our company. We are looking for someone who wants to join our team and grow the design department with your skills and experience.

Education/Experience and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in landscape design or architecture
• 3-5 years of experience selling and working full time as a landscape architect or designer
• Fluency in Auto-CAD as well as other design software such as Sketch-Up, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and PowerPoint.
• A good driving record with a valid driver's license.

Skill Sets Needed

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and prospects
• Comfortable selling landscape projects
• Understanding of landscape construction elements such as masonry, grading and drainage, softscaping and construction materials.
• Design detailed site plans, landscape plans and associated documents associated with irrigation, grading, drainage, sediment and erosion control and forest conservation regulations and design

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
