Our client is a family-owned industrial company based in the northern suburbs of Chicago. The company is a highly regarded company with a 4.0 Glassdoor rating and is growing FAST.

These openings are due to huge growth. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable meeting with potential clients, setting appointments, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Role:

• Individual contributor role, work on a team of 5-10 other reps and report to the field sales manager.
• $45k-$65k base plus commission, commensurate with your current success. Good reps at the company are making $80-$100k
• You also get company paid iPhone, computer, car allowance, fuel card, and I-pass
• Opportunity for commission AND bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Source new meetings through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Lead qualification is 80% outbound and 20% inbound through ABM and the marketing team.
• Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
• Identify customer's buying trends and provide reports to management
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
• The position will be remote in the territory, with a possible 1 day of the week meeting with the team setting meetings.
• Flexible hours depending on territory.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level could be anywhere from 0-3 years of sales experience.
• Must be coachable and looking to learn, motivated above anything else.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
