We are currently seeking a Property Manager to work out of our Tewksbury location. We are pursuing a candidate who is enthusiastic and ready to build a career with an excellent company. This position offers growth potential and the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of properties once trained. Some basic job duties are as follows:

Responsibilities:
-Communicating with the board of trustees and unit owners
-Writing and sending letters out to unit owners
-One to two evening meetings with Trustees and Unit Owners

Qualifications:
A college degree is preferred but not required

Some Experience in Leasing or property management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
Strong work ethic and attention to detail is a must

Compensation is contingent on experience and education.

Pay: $49,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
