Summary/Objective
The Customer Service Rep’s primary function is to manage customer accounts and work with production to meet customer needs.
Background and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous CUSTOMER SERVICE experience in a printing or other manufacturing environment.
Essential Functions
- Responsible for liaison functions between customers and internal personnel.
- Receives calls for orders and generates all paperwork to produce an order.
- Responds quickly to customer needs and questions.
- Expedites solutions and reviews with customers and supervisors
- Provides sales service functions and encourages customer service relations.
- Obtains all requirements for design/layout from sales or customer.
- Generates pricing and quotes.
- Provides administration for customers to ensure timely and accurate processing of data.
- Coordinates work with customers, sales reps and various departments.
- Maintain customer files.
- Maintain, build relationships through phone, email and personal interactions with customers.
- Work in partnership w/CCL Sales & Manufacturing Departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Complete stewardship of orders from review of purchase orders placed by customers and order entry. Work together with production to best meet customer needs, establish delivery dates for orders and communicate dates to the customer.
- Receive art for label orders and initiate it into Technical. Manage customers furnished documents.
- Proofread label proofs, confirm technical aspects of proofs, and review other documents that will be sent to the customer.
- Respond to customer requests for reports on a variety of subjects, typically job status reports, creating and maintaining such reports from CCL’s jobs system.
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Supervisor.
Required Education/Experience
Computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Customer Service Experience within a manufacturing environment.
Project management experience is a plus.

Physical Demands
The following physical qualifications must be met to perform the essential functions of this job:
Ability to bend, reach, crawl, twist and lift at least 30 pounds unassisted is required. The ability to remain in a seated position for long periods of time is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
