Customer Service Manager Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of customer care specialists in our call center
• Monitor staff engagement, ensuring that employees are engaged and fulfilled
• Oversee pending leads, sales appointment scheduling, and service call re-direction
• Ensure our customers have a remarkable experience

Customer Service Manager Requirements

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred and 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or call center management OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field
• Proven ability to motivate, guide, and direct a team to reach and exceed business goals
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and ability to use a variety of platforms

Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
