Zeigler Auto Group of Chicago is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team! • Maximizing sales and profitability of the internet sales department
• Collect and analyze metrics/run reports
• Train and motivate BDC representatives leading by example
• Support staff and customers by handing escalated calls/situations
• Have the ability to create and maintain a process driven work environment.
• Forecasting goals and objectives
• Manage inventory photos, descriptions, and assist with pricing
• Tracking of department's appointments, calls, sales, and contacts using CRM system
• Working closely with other department managers and top leadership
• Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all departmental employees
• Manage online reputation through review sites and social media outlets
• e-lead experience is a huge plus!

Job Requirements

The ideal BDC Internet Sales Management candidate has a high school diploma or GED (post high school education preferred), a proven sales performance record in the automotive industry, and a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota on an ongoing basis. He or she must have strong computer, internet, and social media skills. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position. Must have minimum 2 years experience in as an automotive BDC Manager.
