Job Description

European Wax Center is currently seeking a sensational Assistant Manager who can oversee and train our guest service associates. This position will include the hiring for, training and running of the receptionist desk. This position is excellent for those looking for growth opportunities! Here's what we're looking for:

• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor
• Experience managing others
• Desire to train, motivate and coach a team
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and associates
• Experience in hiring and scheduling
• Computer skills (Power Point, Excel, Word, email and POS)
• Have customer service experience
• Have the flexibility to react quickly to changing circumstances
• Have good judgement
• Maintain the EWC culture within the center
• Ability to work 40 hours a week
