Gregory Hyundai is looking for experienced Service BDC representative to join our Highland Park neighborhood service team!

JOB DUTIES:

• Answer incoming calls for service, set appointments for customers according to their service/parts needs, and greet customers
• Assist advisors in follow-up calls back to customers
• Accurately track service - utilizing AutoMate, and X-Time
• Follow-up and confirm appointments with service customers to ensure they arrive at their scheduled time
• Follow-up with unanswered service survey customers

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have exceptional communication skills
• Friendly and enthusiastic disposition, positive attitude is a must!
• Ability to speak articulately
• Automotive dealership experience PREFERRED
• Call center experience PREFERRED
