Now Hiring - Agriculture Golf & Turf Field Sales Support in Escondido, CA

Stotz Equipment is looking for a Field Sales Support person to support our Turf, Tractor, and Compact Construction customers in the market area. The successful candidate must be customer service-oriented and enjoy selling retail services. The successful candidate must effectively grow relationships with both new and existing customers and work closely with all departments to facilitate customer orders.

What You'll Do

• Represent and sell products and/or services to new customers and existing customers in the market area
• Seek to engage with customers, build rapport, understand their needs, and offer solutions
• Provide robust customer service with a positive attitude to ensure the highest customer satisfaction
• Customer service may include assisting with the on-site machine setup and training of the customer
• Work as a team player, willing to help in any area of the store, including between departments as needed.

• Strong organizational skills
• Sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Must have and maintain a clean driving record and have the ability to pull a trailer and haul equipment
• Will be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
