Junior Inside Sales Representative

Cincom Systems Cincinnati, Ohio, United States (On-site)

Our Cincom CPQ product line is in need of a Junior Inside Sales Representative. As an ISR, you will be a key part of a sales team comprised of an Account Executives, Channel Managers, Sales Engineers and a Services team focused on achieving sales goals. Along with the sales team, the ISR will also work closely with marketing and product managers to identify key prospects, generate leads, and execute sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
• Build relationships with key decision makers at the CXO and VP level
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Develop knowledge and expertise specific to the product market
• Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
• Conducting webinars to foster leads to the sales team
• Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, as well as tradeshows, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
• Manage your sales pipeline in our Microsoft Dynamics® CRM application. Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM.
• Deliver online presentations focused on delivering business value and client success stories
• Become an expert in solution-based and value-based selling over the phone and web

Key Requirements:

• 1+ years sales in software or related field
• Track record of success with complex sales cycles over the phone and the web
• Experience managing a high volume sales pipeline
• Fast learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
• Effective listening, communication and great phone skills
• Ability to overcome objections from prospects over the phone
• Knowledge of business organization structures, buying influences and purchasing processes
• Comfortable in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
• Use of Microsoft Dynamics® CRM, Microsoft Office® and WebEx® web conferencing software
• Ability to conduct web-based presentations via the internet and phone
• Strong verbal communications, written and presentation skills
• BS/BA or equivalent
