Position: Inside Sales / Account Manager

Schedule: Full Time; Monday through Friday; 8-5, 9-6, or 10-7 after Training

Type: 100% In Office

Pay: First Year: Salary + Commissions: $50K - $60K (expectation, but uncapped)

Second Year: Salary + Commissions: $55K - $65K (expectation, but uncapped)

After Second Year: Salary + Commission: $65k - UNCAPPED! It's all up to you.

Reports To: Sales Manager (that's me, Leah)

Job Description:

• No Cold Calling!
• Incoming queue and direct calls; Outbounds to warm leads and existing customers.
• Recommending products for commercial and residential lighting projects.
• Providing high quality relationships that keep them coming back!

• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient PC and MS Office skills
