ClearBridge Technology Group is a national technology consulting, staffing, and services company operating across the Domestic U.S. ClearBridge helps customers meet strategic technology, business, and staffing challenges with comprehensive service offerings that include professional services support, custom project teams, program and project management, and business analysis and strategy.
Due to consistent growth, ClearBridge needs a Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience selling to Fortune 1000 companies in technology and staffing services. The BDR position will be focused on a new initiative selling “White Glove” services for the world leader in the Virtualization and Cloud space. The BDR will be calling through warm leads to sell consulting services to existing accounts to capitalize on unused credits. BDR’s responsibilities will include researching accounts and building relationships with technology & business leaders ranging from Managers through CXO’s. This role will utilize various techniques including cold calling, social media, client meetings, client entertainment, joining professional organizations, and other methods to build relationships and close business across an established client base.
The ideal candidate will be a hunter, self-starter, possess a high-energy level and have experience penetrating complex corporate organizations. ClearBridge is ideally looking for someone with prior experience selling services in the Virtualization space in order to build rapport and help scope and sell projects. This position will work closely with a technical Solutions Architect and Engagement/Project Managers throughout the sales lifecycle. Must be willing to travel to client sites across the U.S. and utilize cold calling techniques to identify opportunities, build relationships, set appointments, and close business.
Requirements include:
· Prior cold calling experience
· Experience in technology staffing and consulting services
· Background in Virtualization technologies (VMware virtualization, orchestration and automation highly preferred)
· Relevant sales experience in a high volume inside/outside sales role
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Ability to establish and maintain customer relationships with decision maker’s (i.e. CXO level, EVP, VP, Director, IT managers)
· Ability to work cross functionally and utilize various resources (both internally & externally)
· Experience using CRM systems & Computer applications
· College Degree (BS/BA)
