Hunter Hamilton is partnering with a manufacturing client in West Chester seeking an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative for their North American Headquarters! The Inside Sales Rep will be an integral member of the service organization, communicating direct with customer and internal teams to prioritize and facilitate order fulfillment. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity to join a company paving the way in their industry for nearly 100 years!

The Inside Sales/Customer Service will be responsible for assisting our client's customers with request for quotes, processing orders, and assisting the team with other assignments
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Receives and handles requests from customers and distributors for price quotes, purchase orders, order adjustments, and order cancellations.
- Builds relationships with customers and works to ensure they receive excellent service.
- Uses computer database to retrieve necessary customer information, inventory information, and purchase order status.
- Drafts purchase orders and invoices to submit to the accounting department.
- Maintain files of active orders and updates with changes to customer accounts or orders.
- As required, confirms credit status of customers with financial/credit department.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure
- Assist the Regional Sales Managers with any requests
- Assist the vacuum maintenance team
- Responsible to know and understand all products features, uses, benefits and pricing structure.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of product
- Maintain customer database in SAP
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems.
- Must work efficiently and effectively, both independent and as a team
- Ability to maintain good customer relations.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
- Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, administrative assistant or similar
- Strong computer skills (Excel, SAP, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
