Now Hiring - Sales Representative in Twinsburg, OH

A Sales Representative at Russell Equipment will work to sell equipment on the company’s behalf. In this role, you will be responsible for securing new customers while cultivating and maintaining strong business relationships. This is primarily an inside sales position with minimal travel requirements.

You will have a key responsibility of maintaining and servicing your customers. This will include following up with customer emails, calls, quotes, transactions, and following up after equipment is delivered to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the sales process from start to finish which includes promoting equipment, cultivating leads, and ensuring receipt of payment. This position will require inside and outside work with limited overnight travel.

• Must be able to multitask effectively

• Ability to accept and utilize constructive criticism
• Must be articulate in speaking in person, over the phone, and via email

The following is preferred:

• Prior sales experience with a physical product line
• Ability to build rapport in person and over the phone
