Export Sales Administrator

Up to $65,000 to start plus bonuses 4x per year and outstanding company-sponsored benefits

As Export Specialist, your job duties and responsibilities will include:

• Joining a manufacturer of specialty chemicals
• Receiving complete training
• Serving as a liaison between customers and internal teams
• Providing customer support from quotations until the shipment is received
• Generating price quotes on export orders
• Arranging and tracking the transport of goods
• Coordinating with freight forwarders, loading facilities and foreign warehouses to facilitate freight movements
• Upholding compliance standards
• Maintaining manual and electronic file systems
• Preparing international shipping and customs documentation
• Administer invoicing processes
• Troubleshooting issues as they arise
• Escalating complex issues as necessary
• Handling special projects
• Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 2 years of Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Shipping Coordination, Order Management, Inventory Management or similar/related experience from a manufacturer and/or distributor of products
• Experience with export processes, export documentation and international shipments

And:

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Accurate data entry skills
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• +++ Knowledge of the Minerals, Chemicals or Chemical Compound industries
