Our search firm has been chosen to recruit for a direct hire Corporate Account Sales Manager.
Our Client is a global tire company with numerous facilities in North America, supporting more than 6,500 retail points across the U.S. and more than 740 in Canada. They offer three brands including tires for everything from passenger cars to light trucks to commercial trucks.
In addition, our client has been awarded the Excellent Supplier Award by Nissan and Automotive Supplier of the Year award by WalMart, along with other numerous awards and recognition over the years.
Corporate Account Sales Manager
The Corporate Account Sales Manager will develop and maximize existing and new corporate customer relationships through exceptional customer focused attitude. This role serves as the primary liaison between the company and assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with account advocates and drive account satisfaction through superior service and execution.
- Ensure high level account knowledge and product knowledges at all time; and provide customer regarding product availability, order status, product knowledge, program instruction / education, while adhering to pricing and program terms.
- Identifies opportunities, trends, and barriers with the assigned account and report to management.
- Build positive working relationship and work seamlessly with internal sales operations to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Manage orders with Supply Chain team for all shipments direct to the customer from the DC’s and/or factory.
- Ensure timely order processing; verify that all pricing and terms are correct.
- Manage the open order report so that all issues are identified and corrected at the earliest possible stages and orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Communicate expected availability / ship dates to customers.
- Ensure that all elements of EDI orders are received correctly.
- Support the executive of corporate accounts on order exceptions and take corrective actions accordingly.
- Work with the Supply Chain team to coordinate product availability; communicate sales forecast changes in a timely manner; identify potential inventory issues.
- Coordinate with the Head of Corporate Accounts, Sales and customers to ensure that the sales forecasts are in line with customers’ requirements.
- Investigate and resolve any supply, shipping shortages or errors.
- Provide monthly account report to the Head of Corporate Accounts.
Desired Background
- Degree and at least 5 years of experience in corporate sales
- Sales support and marketing experience
Location: Fort Mill, SC (Near Charlotte, NC)
Salary to $100k
