Position Overview

Ed Morse Chevy Buick GMC is looking for Service Appointment Schedulers / BDC to join our Muscatine team! Hourly Rate + Commission paid weekly!!

Location:

Muscatine, IA

Job Responsibilities:

• Outbound/inbound calls in a call center environment
• Confirm appointments / reschedule missed appointments.
• Log customer information
• Drive traffic to our dealerships

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to stay motivated and productive in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus but not required.
• Must be dependable and punctual with a steady work history.
• Strong computer and Internet skills
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday with rotational Saturdays.
• Must successfully complete a background and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
